Warm congratulations on the successful ignition of the Yili Sleeve Kiln Project in Inner Mongolia!

The two 520-ton-per-day shaft kiln projects for Inner Mongolia Yili Energy Co., Ltd., constructed by our company, were successfully ignited on April 23, 2013, in a single attempt and have since been put into production. Following commissioning, the kilns have achieved a clinker burnout rate of less than 4%, a thermal consumption of no more than 860 kcal/kg of lime, a lime activity of at least 400 mL (titrated with 4 N HCl over 5 minutes), and a CaO content of no less than 93% (based on Grade‑1 limestone). All performance indicators meet or exceed the contractual requirements. The successful ignition and stable operation of Yili Energy’s shaft kiln projects demonstrate that our shaft kiln technology has reached a leading position domestically. New

Warmly celebrate the successful completion and commissioning of the Taigang 500-ton lime kiln project.

The two 500‑ton‑per‑day beam‑type lime kilns, fueled by a mixed gas of blast furnace and coke oven off‑gas, constructed by our company for Shandong Taishan Iron & Steel Group, were successfully ignited on July 9, 2012. Through comprehensive technological innovations, rigorous control of critical components, and meticulous attention to detail, the Taishan lime kilns have smoothly reached design capacity and compliance with specifications, passed engineering acceptance, and been put into production. Since commissioning, the kilns have achieved a free‑calcium oxide rate of less than 5%, a lime activity of ≥380 mL (4N HCl, titrated in 5 minutes), and a CaO content of ≥90% (using Grade‑1 limestone). All performance indicators meet or exceed the contractual requirements. The technology employed in the Taishan 500‑t beam‑type lime kiln project has attained a domestically leading level, drawing significant industry attention.
