● The structure of rotary active lime kiln is advanced, operation is stable, use vertical preheater of low pressure loss of our company to effectively improve the effect of preheating, the preheated limestone enter into the kiln, the decomposition rate can reach 30%, high adaptive capacity of fuel, the fuel can use gas, pulverized coal or gas & coal co-firing, the finished product active is high, the rotary active lime kiln apply to the industry of steel, calcium carbide, aluminum, papermaking etc.
● Production capacity: 200t/d‑1200t/d. the production capacity can be adjusted, all can achieve stable operation, and not affect the quality and consumption.
● The grain size of limestone: 20mm‑40mm.
● Types of fuel: natural gas, coke oven gas,calcium carbide furnace tail gas, pulverized coal, etc.
● Lime products: high quality of lime, the activity degree is 360ml ( a maximum of 400ml, 4N HCl method 10min test), CO₂≤1.5%.
● Low heat consumption: approximate 1200kcal/kg lime
● High operation efficiency: can continuous operation 48 weeks per year.
● High degree of automation: realize one‑click automation production.
Structure features
1. Calcination method: countercurrent calcination.
2. Vertical preheater with low pressure loss is able to improve the effect of preheating, the preheated limestone enter into the kiln, the decomposition rate can reach 30%.
3. Use reliable combined type scale seal, make the air leakage coefficient is less than 10%, use combined type refractory matter, to reduce the loss of radiant heat.
4. Use padding type, partition ventilate type vertical cooler, make the temperature of lime is more than 65℃, easy to transport and store, and the secondary air which in the kiln can be preheated to more than 700℃, help to full combustion of fuel
5. The lime rotary kiln system use micro negative pressure operation, production environment is clean and beneficial to the environment.
