The two beam lime kiln projects of Shandong Taishan Iron and Steel Group undertook by our company were successfully ignited on July 9, 2012. After various technical innovations of the kiln, as well as strict control of key parts and careful consideration of details, Taigang's lime kiln has successfully reached the production standard, passed the project acceptance and has been put into operation. After the kiln was put into operation, the green burn rate was <5%, the lime activity was <380ml (4N-HCl, 5min titration), and the CaO content was <90% (first grade limestone). All indicators reached or exceeded the contract. Indicators.
